WELCOME TO VFW 2121

PIONEER POST
As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Pioneer Post 2121 totally supports the Post 2121 Auxiliary, we work together to insure this Post is an organization you will be honored  to be a member and your spouse can be a member of the Auxiliary if they do not meet the requirements of Post membership.

IN-COUNTRY

A satirical reflection by Author/Artist Phil Fehrenbacher

Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where he served for years in Vietnam.  He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years.  He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country".  The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.

There is a new cartoon everyday.

Saturday through Sunday 2PM to 10PM.

Why???? Support to the VFW is required. It is up to our membership to continue supporting our activities.
Thursday lunches are no longer continued due to low attendance.  Thank you to those who participated.
Friday dinners will continue.  We have a good following and hope to increase the number of meals served.  A good meal for a low price!
Thank you to all our Sunday breakfast attendees.  We have plenty of delicious food to offer and would love to serve more.  It's always the 3rd Sunday of the month.

On a positive note, thank  you to all the VFW and families who support our organization.  We always need more volunteers and welcome any of you to help us continue this deserving organization.  Volunteering some time is better than no time.

It is important that we continue! Thus we are asking our Veterans to support the VFW Post 2121.

Super Bowl Party....See you there...Pot luck!
